  • Item(s) must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as Lovenaapo cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to defects or errors: If your item is defective or we made an error in your order (e.g., wrong size, color, or product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Returns for other reasons: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defects or our error, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
